Shipping Policy

Nairobi — same-day delivery

Orders confirmed before 6:00 PM are delivered the same day within Nairobi by our riders. Orders confirmed after 6:00 PM are delivered the next day. Delivery fees depend on your location and are confirmed with your order.

Countrywide

We ship across Kenya via trusted courier partners. Parcels are dispatched the same or next business day and typically arrive within 1–3 business days depending on the destination. Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in plain, secure, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents.

Receiving your order

Someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive the delivery, and may be asked for proof of age. If a delivery fails because no eligible recipient is available, a re-delivery fee may apply.
