Welcome to 2BUD Connection. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from 2BUD Connection ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility — 18+ only

Our products are intended strictly for adults. By using this site or placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point, including at delivery, and to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

2. Products

We sell smoking accessories, cigars, wraps, lighters, glassware, CBD and related lifestyle products. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in colour or packaging may occur. It is your responsibility to ensure that the purchase, possession and use of any product is lawful where you live.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are placed through our website, WhatsApp or by phone, and are confirmed once payment is received. We accept M-Pesa, major cards and bank transfer. Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you pay. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud, in which case any amount paid will be refunded.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive the order.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Health notice

Tobacco and related products are harmful to health and addictive. CBD and wellness products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for medical advice. Use all products responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to scrape or copy its content for commercial use, or to place fraudulent orders.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the 2BUD Connection name, logo, text and imagery — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission. Third-party brand names appear only to identify genuine products we stock.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2BUD Connection is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its effective date, is the version that applies.
